The Story

Best foliage under the Southern Cross!

Leaves measuring up to 11cm x 6cm turn a very dark coppery colour in high levels of sunshine, with lovely light venation.

Blooms: Reflexed sandy-yellow flowers, measuring 10mm in diameter, with pink corona. Up to 20 flowers per umbel. Beautiful fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Requires bright and warm growing conditions. Flowers better under higher sunshine levels.
Water requirement: Keep moist in warmer months. Prefers well-draining mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertilise in growing period (warmer months).
Special note: WAOL permitted. An Australian native. Formerly H. pottsii Kuranda IML 0039. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.
