The Story

Fabulous, dark green leaves which are firm and lightly felted on the top side, edged with darker hues of greens and purple.

A robust hoya that is wonderfully suited to a hanging basket. Consistent bloomer.

Blooms: Strongly reflexed, russet-coloured fuzzy flowers, measuring 4mm across, with gold and red corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Nectar-producing. Light sweet fragrance reminiscent of honey. Flowers last for up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light. Foliage takes on red tinge in higher levels of sunshine.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water regularly – this hoya does not like to dry out for long periods.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: Collector’s Number 15. Commonly known as H. Honey Dew. Intermediate hoya: best suited to temperatures between 15-35C.

Each living plant is unique and may vary in size, colour, or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available. Plants are sent bare-rooted.
